Client Information

• All dogs must have proof of current vaccinations, including Bordatella and a negative test for heartworms. We are also happy to take your dog to the vet while in training. ($10 Vet Trip Fee per visit)

• The first month's payment is due at the time of drop off.

• The following months of training will be billed once a month via email with ability to pay online.

• All Muddy Paws clients will be asked to fill out and return a Client Info/Goals Sheet, Training Contract, and Waiver Form.

• We want to keep our clients informed and discuss the dog's progress and client goals to make sure that we are doing everything we can to keep you and your dog happy.
